RESISTOR

A resistor is a passive two-terminal electrical component that implements electrical resistance as a circuit element.

What is it's works?

In electronic circuits, resistors are used to reduce current flow, adjust signal levels, to divide voltages, bias active elements, and terminate transmission lines.

types of resistor

1. fixed resistor:- fixed resistor have fix value that can not change by anyone it is fixed by the manufacturing.

2. variable resistor :- The variable resistor is used to vary the value of resistor ex- to control the flow of current

The connection of resistor is of two type

1. series :-

when resistors are connected in series then the current is stable and the voltage is varying.

2. parallel

when resistors are connected in parallel then the voltage is stable and current is varying.
